Reiki is an energy healing system that was rediscovered in Japan by Mikao Usui and was gradually introduced to the Western world.

Reiki means Universal Spirit Energy, so the practitioner helps direct that energy so the client will be in that space of healing for their body/mind to help restore physical and emotional wellbeing.
